Conclusion
Through the analysis above, we can find implicit group teaching is a kind ofbeneficial trial. It faces all the students, and notices the individual differences,protects the students,self-esteem and self-confidence. Meanwhile, it is to the benefitof excavating the students' potential in each level. In addition, it pays more attentionto the students' physiological and psychological characteristics, follows the languagestudy discipline, meets all kinds and all level students' need, and makes eachstudent's body and mind get the healthy development. In addition, implicit groupteaching puts more emphasis on the evaluation of the students' emotion and attitudesfor learning English, changes the students' learning knowledge orientation. It realizesthe quality-oriented education. Moreover, as is shown in the experiment, we can findimplicit group teaching has improved the students' learning motivation, self-esteem,and achievement, to probe into the reasons.
There are many aspects owed to its achievements. Firstly, it pays more attentionto the student-based position. It requires the constructive study, and fully respects tostudents' personality development. Secondly,it requires that the knowledge thestudents learn should be combined with the related practical skill training they needin the future. The process that they experienced should be in accordance with theteaching methods, their emotions, attitudes and values. What's more, it pays moreattention to the students' individual development and mental development,mobilizesthe students' enthusiasm and initiative for learning English, lets the students in eachlevel get the optimal development, then improves the English teaching quality, and avoids the negative psychological effects that the explicit level brings to the students.What's more, implicit group teaching calls on the teachers to use lots of multipleteaching methods instead of treating the classroom instruction equivalently. In themeanwhile, it also offers the students some common developing space. After theexperiment, we can find that high level students are offered more chances tomaximize their study potential and low level students can find the optimum way fortheir own study and then obtain more achievements.
