n the other hand, our school is socialism character it suggest definite educational object according to the needs of social development, it not only embody the requirement of the society but also the content which reflect times spirit and accord with the student's age character﹙Zhen,2003﹚. The school has a sound class and team it can precede educational systematic measure designedly through teaching and different activity and also have headmaster and head teacher which have been accepted professional training and own educational experience and technique, so the school can absolutely do some affection on students in purposefully and designed to resist the disadvantages from family. The school education has controllability; educator can adjust object affection according to educational object. So school education can control family education effectively, making use of the positive affection which is good for the children's growth and try their best to overcome the negative factor. Compare with the affection of the school education, the family education is always the "first enters the thing holds the dominant position". The regular pattern of first enters the thing holds the dominant position indicate that the first enter thing can easily be accepted or consolidated because it nearly has no resistance in the thinking. The latter enter thing will be refused if it conflict with the first enter thing. So if we want to change the latter enter into the first enter we will spend more time and strength. Well then, how can the school overcome the negative affective of the family first enter. The effective experience indicates that there arc three ways for the school overcomes the family negative affection of the family. Firstly, school should know the positive and negative affection of the family clearly. Then combine with family education closely, and make full use of the positive factor and restrain the negative factor. We should try our best to decrease the contradiction between school education and family affection to the lowest limitation. Secondly, school can make us of the "first enters the thing holds the dominant position" a regular pattern to make the school education be at the front of the family affection. The biggest advantage of doing this is that when students faced the negative affection of the family he could distinguish which is right or wrong. Thirdly, school should exert the advantages and the ruling function of the school education and make the best use of the easily plasticity of young to correct the wrong thinking of the first enters the thing holds the dominant position.

In conclusion, as we know both home education and school education have their advantages and disadvantages. The only way to transfer disadvantages to advantages is that combine school education with home education. Child is the one-third of educational process, and their feelings must be noticed and respected. The parents and the teachers should have the common goal in mind-the success of the children. Simultaneously, false beliefs and traditional old ideas must be eliminated. Only by this method can the goal be realized, which let people ensure the natural and healthy development of Chinese children and their high level of competence in today's highly competitive society are closing to us soon.
