1. INTRODUCTION
The business management now is inevitably a key important factor of any company or organization worldwide, within the business management, there are a lot of sub managing factors, as the project management, the quality management, the finance management, etc. among the various matters, the idea of human resource management and financial management are the two internal factors which are key important to the development of a company, as a result, the research on the relationship between the business performance and the remuneration of employees becomes more and more popular all over the world, especially the CEO remuneration, which is the researching subject of the paper. According to the argument of Adam Steen (2010), “until relatively recent times the salaries of Australian executives were small relative to their counterparts in the U.S. or Europe, and subsequently did not attract much attention.” As a result of the spread concept of globalization of business and the market for executive talent, Australian levels of remuneration have begun to increase. During the late 1980s two events increased the level of popular debate about executive remuneration:
