Entrepreneurship research (Bagheri & Pihie 2011). So what is the most effective and efficient way for entrepreneurial learning and to prepare entrepreneurial leaders to face challenges in the tough business world? Bagheri & Pihie suggested that both theoretical and practice experiences learning are important, and in their article they proposes a Entrepreneurial learning model that aimed to improve entrepreneur’s skills including productiveness, innovativeness, commitment building, and specifying limitation. And in the case study of Walt Disney Company suggest that business driven action learning can be a very useful tool to improve entrepreneurship.
So how to be a successful entrepreneur? The successful entrepreneur should be one who can learn about new technology and knowledge, teach and guide following work team, implement strategies and plans, and deliver future visions to others.
