Political Liberalization and Royal Factionalism

It's too much publicized and famous liberalization campaign which began in mid-1990’s was due to the direct results of the efforts made by the new “Amir”, namely Shaikh Hamad, in order to compensate for most of his fragile bases of support which were in the ruling so called Al Thani family done by appealing to the broad base of Itis as well as to international community.
