This report will provide a conceptual analysis of political risk and some of the particular aspects related to political risk must be taken into account in operating business in to other countries. A simple understanding of the political risk is required in order to understand the concept of political risk and terms thereof. This report will establish a theoretical base in which some of the aspects of the political risk to be considered operate business in other countries about the political risk and company that want to operate it business while operating business in the other countries.

This report also argue that political stable climate encourage companies to operate business in other countries than a countries with higher political instability. Now a day with faster communication, transportation, and financial flaws, the world is rapidly shrinking. New technological advances and new forces are creating a new economy in every moment. In addition to this the emerging technologies facilitate the communications. Therefore one can obtain extensive information from the internet and other sources, which permit them to shop more intelligently to other countries, results in products developed in one country are finding enthusiastic acceptance in others. In this paper we will first review in detail the both the direct impact of political stability and it effect in operating business globally. Political risk provides important information about a company or a country’s investment decision and causes meaningful thoughts in operating business in other countries. In addition we will try to focus on the strategies that are available to lessen political risk. Next we will focus on the mutual benefit of these strategies and its analysis that business marketers must focus in initiating business internationally. Finally will view an argument concerning the discussed topic and to make a conclusion.

The ultimate outcome of this research is to prove that political stable climate helps companies operate business in countries than the political instable climate.
