摘要:自改革开放以来,我国经济得到了发展。中国的房价跟随国家经济的不断发展,呈现出整体上升的趋势。但由于城市规模发展不平衡,不同规模城市的房价存在着巨大的差异。

近年来随着经济的跨越式发展,中国开始了大规模的产业升级。伴随着制造业和服务业大规模向东部沿海城市的发展和聚集,大量劳动力人口从农村向城市转移。也使得这些地区的城市化进程大大加快,城市规模、质量不断提高。
