Abstract: News report is required to be objective, and equal to the fact, which requests the news reporters or journalists to report in accordance with the fact concerned, however, the reality seems not always the case. The research aims to answer the question of the press need more regulated or not in the UK. If the answer is yes, and the author tries to work out the way that could be used to regulate the newspaper industry in the UK. The author attempts find how the impact of the immoral use of media management thesis the information of the privacy. In the research process, if the hacking scandal incident is caused by the newspaper industry pursuit of profit maximization, the love and hate relation between the Media and politicians and by the public's interest would be discussed. The journalists, politicians and the lawyers are involved in the research process as in the interview and questionnaire.
