摘要:本文研究立足于中外国企改制研究的理论基础,紧紧扣住国企职工权益保护这条主线,第一章,主要阐明研究目的及意义,研究的主要内容和研究的方法。

国企改制是我国社会经济转型时期的重要内容,无论从形式上还是内容上,从广度上还是深度上都经历了前所未有的发展和变化,改制对于国企来说,是一场脱胎换骨的变革;对国企职工来说,是一次前所未有的身份转换,关系到职工的切身利益。但从现实来看,侵害职工民主权益、经济权益、劳动权益和社会保障权益等事件却不断发生。
