With the development of technology and the progress of times, English teaching has changed dramatically in the teacher-student relationship, learning content and methods, teaching methods and means. The guidance of New Curriculum Reform promotes the vigorous development of China’s basic Education. It advocates students’ active participation, their willingness to explore and diligence in practicing, it also emphasizes the prominent dominant position of students and respects for individual differences, so that students can achieve the goal of learning, feel success under the guidance of teachers through perception, experience, practice, participation and cooperation and so on. The Second Classroom is an effective complement to the First Classroom for English teaching,and it is a new teaching model. It can improve students’ practical ability, and teachers can also give full play to their leading role, at the same time, the principal role of students can be played very well. Besides, it can also increase classroom language input and optimize the classroom teaching, which can make the teaching achieve the best results. So, because of its unique charm, the Second Classroom has been recognized by the majority of teachers, it has also become a symbol of modernization education. Currently, many schools are carrying out the Second Classroom in different degrees.
