Through these studies, we can understanding the business model of the BAE, deepen the ability of analysis these cases of military manufacturers, as well as how global company should face the competition problems in the wave of globalization, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses and rise to the challenge of economic globalization, to become an outstanding global company.
